To change your correspondence address, phone number, and bank account information log onto the NDHU homepage and access the Student E-Resume System in the “Current Student” section or the Online Registration System in the same section before the scheduled registration day.
If students wish to change important enrollment status data such as their Chinese or English names, permanent address, birth date, or personal ID number, they must proceed to the Registration Section or download the Application Form for Modification of Enrollment Status Data from the webpage of the Office of Academic Affairs (NDHU homepage\Administrative units\Office of Academic Affairs\Download section\Form downloads) and follow the procedures specified on the form. In case of name changes, a must be attached a copy of a household registration transcript must be provided.
