1. Applications must be completed between the 9th and 12th week of the semester。

2. During the application period, students may log into the online course selection system, select the courses they wish to withdraw from, and print out the course withdrawal application form. After completion of the administrative and approval process required for the application form, it must be submitted to the Curriculum Section of the Office of Academic Affairs.
